•  About three years ago it had new engine and gearbox mounts, ball joints, drop links, wishbones and gear linkages. I’ve misplaced the invoice. This van has been well looked after since I found it, it has been my independence so I needed it to be spot-on.

This van doesn’t have to be used as a Wheelchair Accessible Van – it has many uses and can be used for camping, fishing, motor bike transport.

BAD POINTS

The head unit is dated and could do with a new one, probably worth updating to CarPlay. There is also a little bit of the carpet in the back ripped where my wheelchair caught it on the way out. I’ve replaced it but couldn’t get hold of the same colour – if I don’t point it out you’ll probably not notice.

REASON FOR SALE & VIEWING

Genuine reason for sale – I’ve just bought a front passenger Mercedes Sprinter so the Transporter doesn’t get used and it seems sacrilege to let it sit at the bottom of my drive not being used. I am really reluctant to sell it but there’s nothing kills a car or van quicker than it being stood. The van still gets used every now and again by my brother who just runs it to make sure it’s sweet.
