2001 Volkswagen Polo Colour Concept Limited Edition – 1.4 TDI – 3 Door – Yellow
For sale is my 2001 Volkswagen Polo Colour Concept Limited Edition in bright yellow. This is the sought-after 1.4 TDI 3-door model, and it’s mechanically in very good condition. It starts, runs and drives exactly as it should and has been very well maintained throughout its life, with lots of service history to back it up.
Good bits:
- 1.4 TDI diesel – reliable and very economical.
- Colour Concept Limited Edition.
- Heated leather Recaro seats.
- Genuine BBS alloy wheels.
- Bilstein coilover suspension fitted.
- Electric sunroof.
- Factory 6 CD changer.
- 4 brand new tyres fitted.
- Also comes with 2 brand new spare tyres.
- Lots of service history and evidence of regular maintenance.
Mechanically the car is in excellent shape for its age and is ready to drive away.
Bad bits:
It’s a 25-year-old car, so the bodywork isn’t perfect. The driver’s side front wing and door is slightly damaged and the paint isn’t all the same shade – it’s a bit of a “50 shades of yellow” due to fading over the years. It’s still a presentable little car, but if you’re after a mint example it could do with some cosmetic TLC.
This is a rare Colour Concept model that’s becoming harder to find, especially with the heated leather Recaro interior, BBS alloys, Bilstein coilovers and other factory extras. It would make a great economical daily, future classic or enthusiast’s project.
