Description
MK4 Golf R32 (MOT until July24) selling with 5 x MK4 R32 alloy wheels. I am selling my beloved R32 as I no longer have sufficient time or resource to devote to the car. Whilst driveable the car will need a once over and some desperate TLC to bring it up to standard (see below for the current issues). MK4 Golf R32 (MOT until July24) selling with 5 x MK4 R32 alloy wheels. I am selling my beloved R32 as I no longer have sufficient time or resource to devote to the car. Whilst driveable the car will need a once over and some desperate TLC to bring it up to standard (see below for the current issues). All the usual R32 specs, heated leather seats in good condition, Haldex all wheel drive, traction control, climate control, electric windows & mirrors.
Comes with 2 keys, fitted with Miltek exhaust system and comes with spare de-cat straight pipe section, remapped to 268BHP (with 2 step rev limiter), aftermarket air filter (also comes with OEM filter housing) purple Powerflex bushes all round, adjustable rear control arms, always serviced with Castrol Edge 5W-40.
Current issues I’m aware of include saggy interior roof lining as is common with most MK4s, currently has a steering tremor when braking, both myself and various garages have investigated this but haven’t found the root cause, it also passed last year’s MOT with it present, missing headlight washer jet covers, misaligned bumper and front wing from a suspected front end knock, variety of cosmetic damages to paintwork.
This car is a great opportunity for someone looking for a modern classic to restore/ project, however if you’re looking for a cheap R32 this probably isn’t the car for you. Viewing is recommended please message me to arrange, I’ll be doing any test drives. Collection only.
