You are
bidding for a 2014 VOLKSWAGEN GOLF 1.6 TDI BLUEMOTION TECH SE NON RUNNER / SPARES OR REPAIR with
a speedo reading of approximately 138,998 genuine miles. This car has been stood for a period of time and on visual inspection the rear brake discs appear worn and are sticking on after use. On inspection all the oil/coolant levels are correct, the engine starts on the key and runs up to temp. We have also driven this car finding the engine, clutch, gearbox and steering all appear to operate and perform as they should. We are selling under our usual conditions as the rear brake discs appear worn and it is our opinion that the brakes will need servicing prior to road use. The brake warning light is also illuminated on the instrument cluster (pictured). The purchaser will need to investigate this fault for themselves. Further investigation is required to determine any faults and engine/engine parts may need repairing/replacing to make good.
The
bodywork is in generally good condition with a few minor scuffs and dents the
worst of which are pictured and circled. Please zoom in for closer
inspection.
The
interior of the car is in good condition and shows no undue signs of wear
or tear but would benefit from a valet.
We are in
possession of the V5 registration document showing 2 former keepers, a current
MOT until the 17/12/2024 and the key for the vehicle.
Date of
first registration was 28/07/2014 .
The car is
fitted with Volkswagen alloy wheels with all the tyres appearing to be in
good road legal condition.
